We are now looking for an Operations Controller. The role suits you who want to develop within finance and controlling and who thrives in a varied everyday life close to the business, where structure, collaboration, and understanding of operational flows are crucial.

About the Role

As an Operations Controller, you will work with the company's daily financial flows and ensure that processes related to invoicing, coding, and follow-up function efficiently and correctly. The role is operational and business-centric, with a lot of contact with internal functions as well as external financial partners. Days can vary, and the role requires both accuracy and flexibility in an environment with short decision-making paths.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Working with customer invoicing related to agreements, projects, and ongoing services
• Handling coding of supplier and customer invoices
• Ensuring and following up on approval flows and authorizations
• Being an operational financial support to the business in everyday matters
• Collaborating with outsourced financial functions
• Contributing to order, structure, and improvement of financial routines and processes

The focus is on making finance work smoothly in daily operations and creating good conditions for the business.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in operational finance work, such as invoicing, accounting, or controlling
• Thrives in a business-centric role with many points of contact
• Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Has an interest in further developing within finance and business support

Meritorious

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Familiarity with working in multiple financial systems
• IT understanding or interest in how IT services, cloud solutions, and licensing models work
